DESTINY (Developing Employability Skills Through Innovative education using MOOCs for Youth) is a 3 year project funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices action. The project operates across Europe and involves Higher Education Institute’s working in cooperation with private sector organisations.

Each Higher Education Institute (HEI) will work closely with a youth organisation to ensure access to work seekers (WS) and local employers, and to ensure recruitment and participation in MOOC study clubs (MSC)..

They design information and communication technologies for businesses in the education, healthcare and industry sectors. EVM are a youth training partner and business management consultancy based in Spain. Their role will be to work with University of La Laguna and to author reports into local WS, recruitment and dissemination.

University of La Laguna is a university involved on EHEA, developing a strategy of innovation in teaching and learning. ULL has a long experience of developing formal and non formal academic programs in many areas. ULL is also focused on the access of their graduate students to the labour market, trying to cooperate for the development of the knowledge society in the southeast region of the EU.

TEIC is the largest HEI in the Island with campuses in six major cities of Crete. TEI of Crete has an excellent record in undergraduate and post‐graduate teaching, offering a wide variety of courses, in a wide range of subject areas. It numbers almost 20000 students and 600 permanent academic staff of various academic disciplines. TEI has great experience in participation in Erasmus projects with European and national distinctions concerning their outputs.

Sentiment Analysis is a member of the Greek National Council for Radio and TV. Its expertise is in organisation and implementation of research surveys for public bodies, media, educational and research institutions and public services. Sentiment will work with TEIC to organise, conduct and analyse surveys, and author reports based on findings.

DOBA is a Slovenian HEI and the leading eLearning provider in the Balkans focused on SE Europe. In 2013 DOBA were awarded the international UNIQUe certificate (EFQUEL) for the outstanding use of ICT in teaching and learning. DOBA have exceptional experience in eLearning quality and bring MOOC authoring expertise to the project.
